Responsibilities
This is a high-impact role for professionals looking to transition into the fast-growing Wealth Management space. The position offers exposure to UHNW clients and Family Offices, with long-term potential to lead a region in India and explore international opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and participation in industry events.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, while building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline; regularly update CRM with detailed records of client interactions and deal progress.
- Understand client requirements and position Asset Vantage’s SaaS platform as a compelling solution for wealth reporting and analytics.
- Work closely with internal teams including Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation to ensure seamless onboarding and client success.
- Represent the organization at industry forums, webinars, and conferences.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and partners to drive customer satisfaction, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments within the wealth management and financial services ecosystem.
Key Requirement
- Junior Relationship Managers currently working in Wealth Management units of banks or financial institutions.
- Graduate with an MBA qualification.
- 2–3 years of post-MBA experience in sales or customer relationship roles.
- Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Prior experience working with HNIs/UHNIs, wealth managers, family offices, or financial institutions is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven professional with strong business acumen and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
- Added Advantage: Valid passport with a US visa.
Qualifications
- MBA is mandatory.
- 2–3 years of relevant post-MBA sales or relationship management experience (experience range is flexible for high-performing candidates).
