Do I have access to support or training during the monthly trial?
Yes, the AV Trial provides to upto 10 hours of training and support per month.
What happens after my monthly trial ends?
You can either extend your AV Trial on the same terms, for another month or; sign up for the annual contract or; deactivate your monthly trial.
How do I deactivate my monthly trial?
You can reach out to the AV Customer Success team or your sales representative to deactivate the trial.
What features can I expect in the future?
We’re always working on keeping our family office software relevant and bringing you the latest technology to stay ahead. Given our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) structure, you can always expect to have the latest product through upgrades that automatically get pushed to your edition.
Do I get access to the whole spectrum of features and functionality during the monthly trial?
Through the Trial, you can operate a limited number of entities. You get access to all the features and functionality of the chosen edition, barring transaction data feed for custodian / brokerage accounts. This can be enabled once you are a licensed AV customer.
Can I upgrade my edition any time?
Yes, you can upgrade to another plan at any time. You can reach out to the AV Customer Success team or your sales representative to assist you.
Can I customize my plan /pack?
AV has two editions with pre-determined feature sets. But you can connect with the AV sales representative to discuss your specific requirements.
