Employee Handbook and Code of Conduct Updates:
- Collaborate with HR team members to review and update the Employee Handbook and Code of
- Ensure all policies and procedures are current and aligned with legal and company
- Communicate changes effectively to all employees.
Learning and Development Framework:
- Assist in the design and development of training materials and programs.
- Support the coordination of training sessions and workshops.
- Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of the Learning and Development framework.
Audit Readiness for HR Function:
- Work closely with HR leaders to prepare for internal and external audits.
- Ensure that HR records and documentation are accurate, organized, and readily accessible.
- Participate in audit preparations and assist in addressing audit findings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Strong desire to learn and contribute to HR initiatives.
