Senior Analyst- FRS
Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding and Support: Assist in the onboarding process of new clients onto the SaaS platform, ensuring a smooth transition and providing support throughout the implementation phase. Address client inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure a positive client experience.
- Team Management: Support the management of a team responsible for client onboarding, training, and support. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, assisting in their professional development and ensuring team efficiency and productivity.
- Product Knowledge and Training: Develop a deep understanding of the SaaS platform, its features, functionality, and capabilities. Conduct training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders to ensure they fully understand how to utilize the platform effectively.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact for their needs. Proactively engage with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and identify opportunities for product improvement or upselling.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the client onboarding and support workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements that streamline processes, increase efficiency, and improve the overall client experience.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze client data and usage patterns to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization. Prepare and present reports to management and clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices related to data security, privacy, and confidentiality. Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard client data and mitigate risks.
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with investment management and accounting practices. Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
- Experience with data management and understanding of investment data feeds is a plus.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to understand and explain complex product features and processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.

Experience
- 4-6 years experience
Qualification
- B.Com or M. Com degree required (Master’s degree in accounting/Finance/Economics)/CFA or CA
- Finance or Accounting are preferred major fields.
